There are no fool proof methods, only experience and experimentation can help in the end. The tools offered here may help some business owners achieve results. But, as with any tool, it can only be used as a general foundation that should be built upon. Even a house needs a little work or remodeling as the family grows or shrinks from like. Don't let one or two failures determine the future of the business. Learn and adapt from the situations. Two main points today include audience targeting and technology implementation will be discussed.

Get your MLM business audience to engage
The biggest key to your MLM business success is to get your audience to engage with your marketing. By engaging with your marketing, they are showing interest in the topics that you have researched and developed based on the "prospects" needs. Sounds problematic and it is, but take a look at why you joined the company and you can see a pattern from your steps. People around the world are facing similar issues, take dive into social media and do some research to see what other MLM business owners are talking about. Ask questions, post polls, get feedback before you launch a major campaign.

Your MLM business will do better if you have done the leg work first. Your chances of success will nearly double if you have done your research and developed material that helps by providing extreme value. Such formats can be presented in a way that is appealing without sacrificing quality of your message. Make sure that you include a call for action at the end of your informational message. This will help guide those who are interested in learning more about your business.

Using Technology to build MLM business success
Technology in most aspects can enable you to achieve MLM business success. Every piece of software and hardware may present advantages for your business. There are also limitations to such tools, such as costs and parameters that may not be beneficial for your business. Engage with your audience through these tools, share your messages and go for short term achievements, as you work towards a greater level of independence. Short content that talks to your audience will do better than content that shouts at them.

Grow Your Avon Business – 21 Tips For Fast Success

Are you interested in growing your Avon business? Becoming an Avon representative is super-easy and there are many resources to help you grow your business and meet your personal goals.

  1. Use Avon products yourself. One of the best ways to sell a product is to know everything about it. Your regular discount and demos allow you to save money and try the products yourself first.
  2. Ask your customers for product reviews. When you pass out orders, ask your customer to let you know how the products perform. This is a great way for you to learn about products so that you can offer more information to other customers.
  3. Share your products. If you work in an office, make sure you have hand lotion to share with your co-workers. I have gotten several orders just by letting others try the lotion sitting on my desk. Another Avon rep keeps extra tubes of hand cream for on-the-spot sales.
  4. Educate yourself with training. Make the most of your business by taking Avon’s online training courses. Every new representative should start here first as courses include everything from money management, to launching your business, to entering orders. Most of the classes are 30 minutes and have downloadable text sheets. You get a certificate after completion of each and special recognition for completing certain courses.
  5. Become an eRepresentative. Curious about becoming an eRep? Customers can order online and have product shipped direct to their home. There is usually a free or discounted shipping code on the website. I tell my customers that if they don’t see one, to let me know and I will get them one! Once you become an erep, you also have access to other customer management tools. You can set up an email marketing campaign to let customers know about new products or campaigns. My customers love the “little reminder” because they often include free or discount codes.
  6. Use your network. Share your excitement about your new business and people will be excited with you. Most of your friends already are familiar with Avon products and so they will be your easiest customers. Everyone is a member of some organization or workplace. You have an extended network of soccer moms, hairdressers, delivery people, doctor’s office workers, etc.
  7. Wear Avon jewelry. I get so many compliments when I wear a new Avon necklace. Most jewelry comes in sets, like a necklace and bracelet. They are designed to compliment fashion or seasonal colors. I have had a few tell me they were not sure if a necklace would match their outfit, but with the no-hassle return guarantee they were not afraid to return it if it did not. Oh, and I haven’t had any jewelry returns, yet!
  8. Invest in great-looking business cards. Make sure your business cards look professional, even if you buy from a discount supplier. Include a customer reward program on the reverse side. I have mine printed with a “buy in five

Reiki for Prosperity, Abundance and Financial Success

Quite a few people have written to me asking how to use Reiki to bring abundance, prosperity and/or

financial success into their lives. This article is a somewhat shortened version of my blog entry on this

matter. Please click on the link below to read the longer version.

I’m going to present a few ideas for using Reiki to achieve abundance, prosperity and/or financial success.

But before I do that, I want to mention that this is one area where Reiki and Feng Shui go together very

nicely. Many books on Feng Shui specifically tell you how to set up your environment to encourage abundance and prosperity.

I do want to acknowledge something before I continue my discussion. To some people, speaking of Reiki and money or Reiki and financial success in the same breath makes them cringe. They view Reiki as pure Love, a spiritual calling, and to introduce the idea of money into the sacred realm of Reiki is abhorrent to them. If that is your viewpoint, I completely understand and respect your position. I have known healers in many fields who have felt the same way.

But I am a bit more of a pragmatist and a realist. I recognize that we need to make a living and we need to support our families. Even more importantly, I realize the negative effects poverty and monetary insecurity can have on us.

When a person feels financially uncertain, even endangered, that person may find it very hard to pay attention to the spiritual aspects of his/her life. If someone has so much financial worry, thoughts of “How will I pay the bills?” and “Will we lose the house?” may occupy so much of that person’s energy and time that they can scarcely think about things like helping others heal.

Does this mean that poor people and people with financial difficulties can’t be spiritual and can’t help others heal? Of course it doesn’t mean that. However, survival issues can become paramount, and for many, many people, these issues interfere with their ability to give any of their energy to spiritual and healing issues. We are all human, with a limited amount of energy and resources available to us at any given time.

But beyond this, I don’t believe there is anything inherently wrong in the desire for abundance, prosperity

and financial security. We live in a world that is run by money; that is the reality we live with, no matter

how much we might wish it were otherwise. Without sufficient money, we are in deep trouble! When we have sufficient money, we can turn our attention more easily to helping others.

Everyone has to define what the term “sufficient money” means to them. For example, I am not fond of the idea of using Reiki to win the lottery, or to win at gambling. Frankly, I don’t like the energy of gambling, because so many people’s lives are ruined by gambling.

Having said that, however, I leave it up …

Business Success – The Three P's

The Challenge.

All business have to find their own competitive edge in today's markets. In my previous articles I have written about the need to consider sales attitudes and motivations as well as the power of excellent customer relationships.

Over the last few months I have been trying to find a way to summarise the key points I have made to business sales teams during training sessions and I would like to offer a summary of those thoughts here.

The Triple P Model: People, Process & Product

People.

There needs to be a focus on the people delivering the sales and marketing message as well as the people receiving the message. The ideas we need to consider here go far beyond that of sales teams and their agenda or clients and their needs.

Managing the dynamic relationships between sales and marketing teams is one thing, but when we consider the complex and changing relationships between sales people and their clients it becomes far more chaotic.

Sales and Marketing teams need to be able to effectively communicate a companies values and value messages above and beyond the features and benefits of the product. This means that these values not only need to be fully understood, but they need to drive the behaviors of the teams. These behaviors will link directly to the next P in our trilogy.

Process.

Every step of a sales process needs to be clearly stated and understood. In a number of businesses I have consulted for it has been clear that even when there has been an agreed process the 'behaviors' which are defined by that process have not been consistent. A Sales Manager may present the idea to their team that the best outcome from any sales meeting is a diarized further meeting, but conveyed through their attitude and team feedback that 'in reality' the sale needs to be 'closed'.

The sales idea of 'always be closing' is, I would suggest, not the most effective strategy for longterm relationships with clients.

It seems to me that there are cultural differences between the UK and, say, the USA in terms of ideas about professional salespeople. In the UK we seem to be living in the shadow of 'feature benefit' selling, especially in the Business 2 Business sectors rather than enjoying the longer term idea of 'selling through relationships'. Now I may be wrong in this perception, but in the light of some recent conversations with sales teams it is a point of view I find being reconfirmed. Perhaps the current economic climate has resulted in panic, short-term selling behavior?

Product.

The final P in our trilogy is the thing which most sales and marketing teams are clear about – the product they are selling. They can articulate its value; define its key features and outline its benefits. This of course is as it should be.

The key question here, of course, is that 'product blindness' can lead the sales and marketing teams to gloss over any potential …
